South Africa Visa – Business

S. Africa Business Visa:

– Min. 30 days validity passport from the date of departure from South Africa with at least 2 blank pages
– One visa application form – 11 (DHA-84) duly filled and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the passport – Do not print back to back
– 02 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, not older than one month, teeth must not be visible, lips closed, without spects and not used in any visa
– Cover letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing to the South Africa Consulate Mumbai with authorized person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with pax name, passport number, address and mobile number
– Letter of invitation from the South African organizers/hosts/companies stating the name, passport number of applicant as well as purpose and duration of visit. – Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of the host and host’s/authorized signature’s name, designation and signature (Host ID copy attested by commissioner of OATHS needs to be submitted if required by SAHC).. Also, submissions at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Goa, Pune and Bangalore must have host ID copy attested by Commissioner of Oaths/South African Police (latest 3 months)
– Inviter’s Government Photo ID proof (Attested by Commissioner of Oaths in South Africa/South African Police – latest 3 months)
– Must submit a recently attested/certified (within 3 months) copy of South African ID or Foreign passport with valid visa of host company representative
– Till date 3 months original personal and company bank statement with original bank seal and signature and healthy balance (SAR 3000) (if self-employed). Passbooks, e-statement, net banking copies are not acceptable (should be taken within 3 days prior to submission date)
– If employed, then salary slips of 3 months and salary account bank statement for last 3 months till date original bank statement with bank seal and signature with healthy balance (SAR 3000). Passbooks, e-statement, net banking copies are not acceptable
– Return ticket itinerary
– Hotel confirmations with hotel name, address and contact details and pax name
– Yellow fever vaccination certificate if travelling through or staying in yellow fever belt

Note:

— VFS, courier, sms charges etc needs to be paid personally at the VFS centre
— All government documents need to be notary attested
— If visa is rejected, applicants can reapply only after 3 months
— The person who signs the invitation letter i.e. HR or Company Executive needs to provide a Valid attested Photo ID (latest 3months) copy by Commissioner of oaths
For minor dependent children accompanied by one parent the following will be required:
— Unabridged Birth Certificate (UBS) (Notarised)
— Parental consent affidavit form attested by South African Consulate, Mumbai
— For Parental Consent Affidavit procedure both parents have to mandatorily visit South Africa Consulate Mumbai from Monday to Thursday between 09:00 to 12:00 before coming for submission at VFS Global
— Documents such as Parental Consent Affidavit form passport copy of parents as well as child + Unabridged Birth Certificate of child must be carried for Parental Consent Affidavit procedure
— Affidavit less than 3 months old as part of the application. Originals should be kept for their records while travelling Minors who apply for a South African visa at VFS service-point shall be required to submit the attested copy of Parental Consent to South Africa
