South Korea Visa – Research (E3)

South Korea Research (E3) Visa:

– Online visa application form duly filled and signed
– Minimum 6 months valid passport from the date of travel with at least 2 blank pages on either sides
– Copy of first and last page of the passport
– 2 latest, unused colour photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face coverage, lips closed and without spects
– Copy of aadhaar card (Aadhaar number should also be mentioned in the form in “National Identity No.”
– Covering letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed) mentioning below details:
– Addressed “To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, Mumbai”
– Full name, passport number, mobile number, date of birth, purpose of visit and duration of stay
– Briefly state the purpose of visit
– Invitation
– Visa Issuance Number (if provided)
– TB certificate from designated hospitals

Note:

— Travel should be beyond 20 working days or else need to apply in urgent category
— Urgent Charges: INR 7800 extra
— Jurisdiction of Mumbai Consulate: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Union Territory of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli
— Documents list is tentative and the Consulate has the right to ask for more, if required
