South Korea Visa – Tourist

South Korea Tourist / Visit Visa:

– Online visa application form duly filled and signed
– Minimum 6 months valid passport from the date of travel with at least 3 blank pages on either sides
– 2 latest, unused colour photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face coverage
– Covering letter (on company letter-head, if self-employed) mentioning below details:
– Addressed “To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, Mumbai”
– Name and passport number as per current passport
– Travel dates
– Contact details – mobile number and email ID
– If business or self-employed, then company registration copy
– If an employee, then the leave sanction letter from the company on company letter-head, with company seal and signature, name and contact details of the authorized signatory
– Original bank statement (personal) for the last 6 months with bank seal and signature on all pages
– Original bank statement (company, if self-employed) for the last 6 months with bank seal and signature on all pages
– Personal IT Returns of the last 3 years
– If travelling with children, student proof (School ID & Bonafide Certificate) and birth certificate
– Day to day itinerary
– Return tickets
– Hotel confirmations (OR)
– Documents from the inviter in Korea:
– Invitation letter from Korea (original invitation letter or scan copy) – should include inviters full name as per passport, passport number, alien registration card number and mobile number along with invitee’s full name, date of birth, passport number and mobile number
– Alien registration card of the inviter and latest Korean visa copy (scan copy)
– Indian passport copy of the inviter (front and back scan copy)
– Certificate of inviter’s employment and certificate of tax payment
– Relationship proof (Marriage certificate, birth certificate, ration card etc)

Note:

— Travel should be beyond 20 working days or else need to apply in urgent category
— For tourist visa, passport should be well travelled like Australia, Canada, Schengen, UK, US etc. For blank passport, tourist visa might be refused
— Urgent Charges: INR3000 extra
