Suriname Tourist Visa:

– Passport bio page (sample attached)
– Latest, unused photo – 30 x 40 mm, white background, 70% face (lips closed and without spects)
– Confirm ticket
– Hotel reservation confirmation(s)
– If staying with family or friends then provide name, address and mobile number

– Hotel booking

Note:

— For a child upto 17 years, birth certificate is mandatory
— If the child is travelling with one parent, then a notarised consent letter from the 2nd parent is required
— A copy of the judicial decision in case of adoption/legal guardianship of a minor (up to 17 years)
— Valid travel insurance/health insurance (you need to submit this document after the MKV has been approved)
