Switzerland Visa – Business

Switzerland Business Visa:

– Visa Fees: 90 Euros
– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel
– Old passport (if any)
– 1 online filled application form with pax signature in blue
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 40mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face (Do not staple and the photo shouldn’t have been used in any other visa)
– Covering letter on the company letter-head with all relevant details like travel dates, purpose of business etc.
– Invitation letter from the Swiss company on the company letter-head to faxed directly to the Swiss Consulate General and a copy to us
– Business Correspondence
– Proof of employment, salary slips for last 6 months etc
– Till date 3 months bank statement with bank seal and signature on at least 1st page with healthy balance (A4 size only) (Personal & Company)
– Last 2 years IT Returns (Personal & Company)
– Business registration copy (if self-employed)
– Copy of international credit card
– Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $50000 for a minimum of 10 days (Name as per passport)
– Hotel confirmations for the entire stay in the Schengen area
– Return ticket

Note:

— Visa fees, courier and sms charges to be paid personally at the VFS centre (approx. INR9,500)
