Thailand Business Visa

– Min. 18 months valid passport from the date of entry in Thailand with 2 blank pages
– Completed application form with original signature in blue
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45 mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face (One photo signed at the back as per passport)
– Covering letter from the Indian company with company’s profile, confirming the applicant’s current designation in the company, purpose of travel, stating complete travel plan for 1-3 years and period of travel. Should be addressed to Royal Thai Consulate-General, Mumbai
– Confirm return ticket
– Confirm hotel bookings for the entire stay with contact number and address “OR”
– Invitation letter from Thai Company on the company letter-head specifying the name of the applicant as per passport, passport number and validity, the purpose of travel, complete travel plan for 1-3 years, and the period of the meeting/conference. Should be addressed to Royal Thai Consulate-General, Mumbai
– Till date 6 months bank statement with bank stamp and signature and minimum balance of US $700 per person
– 2 address proofs if passport issued outside of Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
– Thai company’s profile
– Thai company’s registration papers with a list of shareholders issued no more than 6 months (DBD papers)
– Thai company’s business and income tax papers (Por Ngor Dor 20 and Por Ngor Dor 50,30 of latest tax payment year)
– Thai company’s balance sheet from the past year (Document must be in Thai language)
– If the Thai company is newly established and does not have tax papers, then a letter is required from the Thai company stating the mentioned facts. The letter (on the company letter-head) must be stamped and signed by an executive level employee with attached copy of ID proof or passport
– If the applicant is self-employed, he or she must provide documentation of his or her business undertaking and income in India including Business License or Registration and detail of business operation, VAT/Service Tax Registration Certificate, and evidence of income tax payment in India
– Corporate documents of associated partners / companies in Thailand and in India (if applicable)
