Original Passport ( With Validity of more than 6 months with Minimum 3 Blank Pages)

Turkey Business Visa:

– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel with 2 full blank pages back to back or otherwise
– All previous passports
– One application form to be filled in blue or black ink in block letters
– 02 Colour photo (latest, unused) – 2.5 x 2.5 inches, white background, 80% face should be seen, lips closed & without spects
– Covering letter (on company letter head) mentioning purpose of travelling, travel dates and who will bear all expenses during the trip and the occupation of the applicants. It should be addressed to “Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai” and should have company seal and signature
– Separate covering letter for spouse (if travelling); even if spouse is a homemaker, a separate covering letter on plain paper is a must
– Leave letter from company (if employed) on company letter-head with company seal & sign of the authorized signatory with name and designation. Should state the applicant’s designation, period of work, salary, purpose of visit and duration of leave (Letter-head mandatory)
– Invitation letter including the name and passport numbers of the invitees, the designation, duration and purpose of stay, information on the coverage of the business; permanent address and contact number of the inviting person and company (with company tax number, letterhead, visible signature, visible seal and stamp) with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility alongwith copy of Turkish Company Registration from Chamber of Commerce, Trade Gazette (Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi) and Tax ID in Turkey
– If invited for fair, seminar, conferance: Original invitation letter on the letterhead from organization with name and passport numbers of the invitees with permanent address and contact number of the inviting person from organization.
– Personal Original Bank Statement till date of the pax for last 6 months (min. balance INR 100,000 per applicant); the same should be attested by the bank
– 6 months company bank statement with bank seal and signatuer and minimum baance INR100,000 per person
– 3 Years IT Returns
– Form 16
– Salary slips for last 03 months of applicant with mandatory company stamp and signature (if PAX can’t provide salary slip, they have to provide Original company bank statement for last three months; if copy is submitted then original bank seal and sign on that is required)
– Company registration copy (ShopAct/MoA/Partnership Deed/GST Regis. Cert) where both the applicant and the company’s name appear; notarized copy should be submitted
– If retired, retirement documents and income proof
– If student, a NOC letter from the school/college or official holiday scheme along with school/college ID card copy
– If freelancer; contract documents and leave letter
– Hotel bookings for the entire stay (if booked through agents/tour operator then details of applicants name, check-in & check-out dates on letterhead with seal, signature, name & designation to be mentioned)
– Round trip flight ticket reservation
– Passport copies (bio page, address page and visa pages of the passport)
– Copy of aadhaar card & PAN card
– Travel insurance covering the entire stay period (issued by the VAC; do not buy another one)

Note:

— Visa application form has to be signed by the passenger himself/herself and NOT by the Travel Agent
— Part of the visa fees and VFS charges is done online while the balance amount is to be paid at the VFS personally
— If the applicant’s designation is Proprietor, Director or CEO, then a copy of the proof to be attested by Notary and Home Ministry (Mantralaya) or Chamber of — Commerce Letter
— Details of the spouse’s/children’s travel (whether they are also travelling or not) has to be mentioned in the visa application form
— If travelling along with spouse, then the spouse’s name should be in the passport or else a notarised copy of the marriage certificate issued by the Marriage Registrar should be submitted
— If applicant is MINOR then consent NOC from parents is required on notarized Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (This is required even if the minor is travelling along with the parents)
— Separate Sponsorship letter for minors (even if parents travelling with the child)
— Applicant travelling to Turkey need to apply for visa within 60 days of the travel date
