Algeria Visa – Business

Algeria Business Visa:

– Original Indian Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
– Two copies of the Visa Application Forms, fully completed, typed online, and signed. Original signature required on each page.
– 2 latest, unused photos – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 70% face coverage, lips closed and without spects
– Original letter of invitation from Algerian company attested by the Algerian Chamber of Commerce.
– Confirmed hotel reservation
– Air ticket reservation
– Travel insurance policy covering the entire trip
– A letter of responsibility typewritten on the company letterhead is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, – – New Delhi, 110021, India.
– The letter must explain all of the following:
– Nature of business to be performed
– Name and address of reference to be visited in Algeria
– This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
– Bank demand draft payable to “Embassy of Algeria in New Delhi” for INR 8100 (Visa fees)

Note:

— Applicant or Applicant’s Company name is required to be mentioned on the Demand draft as a ‘Purchaser name’
— Travel Agents/Representatives purchaser name demand drafts are not acceptable.
— Documents to be submitted at least 15 days before the date of travel or else the consulate will not accept the application
— Apply visa within 30 days of travel date only
