Australia Visa – Business 90 Days

Australia Business Visa:

– Form 1415 (application form)
– Form 54 (family composition form)
– Min. 6 months valid passport from the date of travel
– 2 photos (latest, unused) – 35 x 45mm, white background, matte finish, 80% face, lips closed, without spects)
– Aadhaar Card
– Covering letter on company letter-head explaining the purpose and travel dates etc with company seal and signature
– Till date 3 months bank statement (personal & company) with sufficient funds and bank seal and signature
– ITR for last 3 years (personal & company)
– Salary slips for 3 months (if employed)
– Credit card statements
– Your educational or professional qualifications
– Marriage certificate (if married)
– Your current employment and your role during your visit to Australia
– If employed: letter from your employer stating your position & salary, length of employment, confirming the reason for your travel and providing contact details of the person providing the letter
– If self-employed: Business registration. If your business registration certificate doesn’t carry your name, you need to provide supporting documentation to establish links to businesss
– Details of previous contacts with Australian business people or organizations in Australia
– Documents to show that the company you work for is an actively operating business, such as business registration certificate or annual report
– Evidence of why you need to visit Australia on business, such as:
– Invitation letter from the host organization in Australia on their company letter-head with all relevant details like applicants name and passport number as per current passport, travel dates etc.
– Conference registration details
– A letter from your employer stating the reasons for your visit
– Your itinerary, with contact details of the business parties involved
– Your employment contract

— Documents not in English must be accompanied by accredited English translations
— The High Commission may ask for more documents, if required
